• If you're ordering a customized wig with hair purchase, your wig is expected to be shipped within 7 to 15 business days. (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS and WEEKENDS)
• Hair that is sent in to make a wig, will be shipped within 3 to 10 business days. (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS and WEEKENDS)

All Custom wigs are included with bleached knots, unless requested otherwise. Pre-made units DO NOT come with bleached knots.

Yes pickup is available you will be provided the option to pick up when you check out.

Customized wigs are made to fit your specific head size. A factory made wig, that typically fits most and ranges from (small, medium, large) Please Refer to our Wig measurements chart for further details, in choosing your correct size.

• There are no returns or exchanges for customized wigs. This is because customized wigs are made to fit your head size. Should there be any problem with the fit AND you sent your measurements please send an email to us with your order/invoice number and state concern. Any concerns with your wig order should be submitted to versatilebeautybarllc@gmail.com, no later than 24hrs after you received your wig. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If an email or concern is raised after that, we have the right to deny the request to fix the issue. Also, please note, the wig will only be fixed in the condition that is was sent out. If the hair is worn, smells, etc... We will ship it back to you.
• For pre-made wigs ordered on the website no refunds are allowed only an exchange, if the unit is returned, in the very order and packing it was received by you the customer. These wigs are sold as is.

All Hair must be shipped within 1 week of payment to 3223 Murray Ridge Rd, San Diego CA 92123. All closures must be 5x5 in size. Frontals must be 13x4 or 13x 6 in size. All lace closures and frontals must have a barrier ring around it, this is because a sewing machine is used to sew down the material.

It is recommended to only condition your hair, when washing unless it is visibly soiled or being processed (bleaching, coloring, glue, gel, etc..
